Two great news coming to In-recruiting

Two great news coming to In-recruiting

1. The new Hiring Pipeline

In recent months, our team has worked on improving the management of the “Hiring Pipeline”, that is, the progress of the candidate in the selection process. Up to now, In-recruiting has allowed customers to insert free “ad statuses” that did not allow them to understand their meaning at an IT / statistical level.

We, therefore, decided to introduce categories/phases that describe the different steps of the recruiting process and thus allow you always to have an eye on where the candidate has arrived in the process. The categories/phases of the Hiring Pipeline will be:

Applied: the candidate spontaneously registered for the announcement
Sourced: the candidate was included in the ad by a business user
Screen: the candidate’s profile is undergoing analysis/verification of skills for the ad requirements
Interview: the candidate has been invited to an interview (in person or remotely)
Evaluation: the candidate is in the final stage of the selection process
Offer: the candidate has been offered a job offer
Hired: the candidate has been hired
Disqualified: the candidate was indicated as unsuitable, or the candidate refused the offer

The current “application status” must be associated with one of the previous categories/selection phases (from 3 to 8). This operation will be guided by a particular editor that will allow you to drag and drop the “ad statuses” or to create new ones, as shown in the following screenshots:

Categories/phases will be identified, in addition to the name, by a specific colour (customizable by the customer) to be easily managed everywhere inside the system.

In the coming weeks, more details on all the features related to the introduction of the Hiring Pipeline will be provided.

2. Disposition Data

The second new, closely linked to the Hiring Pipeline, is a integration with Indeed through the Disposition Data functionality. Thanks to the strategic partnership with Indeed, In-recruiting is the first Italian ATS to have access to this new feature that will allow In-recruiting clients to increase the chances of obtaining candidates from Indeed that are more relevant and in line with their needs.

Through the Disposition Data, when a recruiter makes a change to candidate’ status, whose application comes exclusively from Indeed, In-recruiting transmits the new status signal to Indeed. In-recruiting also sends an anonymous application ID (in respect of privacy and compliant with GDPR legislation) and date and time of the change (NB: the candidate will not be able to know this information in any way). This data is aggregated and analyzed by Indeed’s product team and used to improve job ad targeting and application experience. In this way Indeed is able to target better the visibility of the ads on a cluster of candidates increasingly relevant to the position sought based on the historical data of the candidate states present in the ATS and the ads to which they have applied. In practice, businesses that submit this data to Indeed (via In-recruiting) are more likely to receive candidates from Indeed that are more relevant to their offers.

3. Don’t miss the next steps

Hiring Pipeline: this new feature will be activated in the coming weeks, and each customer will have a maximum of 2 weeks to proceed with the association of “announcement states” in the new categories/phases of the Hiring Pipeline.

Disposition Data: in the following weeks, before the activation of the Disposition Data within In-recruiting will be on, we’ll communicate technical information on their functioning.

We, therefore, ask you to pay attention to the communications that will be sent via email and within the reserved area of In-recruiting.
