Our semantic search algorithm simplifies the screening process. You can search for keywords inside the CV text, in any field of the database, in the comments of your colleagues, or you can even use the boolean search tool. For each search in the database or for each open position, the system suggests you a list of candidates filtered and ordered according to a score matching the correspondence to the searched keyword. You can also use the synonyms to look quickly for candidates.
