First we used CV cataloging and management software with basic functionality. The growth of the agency resulted in a significant increase in the number of activities and therefore we sought a recruiting software with advanced features. We looked at several market solutions but after trying In-recruiting we decided it was the easiest to use and fastest tool for the entire recruiting team to learn.

Now, the entire Ottosunove recruiting team uses In-recruiting to work on multiple sites simultaneously with just one click, attracting CVs from the Career site, and speeding up screening with custom segmentation and automatic search of candidates and CVs.
