The solution is designed as SaaS (Software as a Service), it is scalable (adapting to all customers' needs), fully responsive/mobile-ready and modular. It is available in a standard version as well as in a totally customisable version, according to each customer’s needs. In-recruiting easily integrates with any third party software solution.
The Intervieweb company headquarters are in Turin, and In-recruiting is hosted on a spread Cloud infrastructure that guarantees the highest security and up-time of the service.
In-recruiting was designed by a group of HR Consultants and IT experts united by a common goal: to simplify the recruiter’s daily job and to offer the best recruitment solution in the market.
The idea of developing and marketing In-recruiting arose from the observation that taking care of recruiting often means losing a lot of time in repetitive activities, with low added value, with no technology support and inadequate tools. As a consequence, recruiters have to sacrifice the most relevant part of their job - the part of selecting the right candidate who will make the biggest difference to their company - in the shortest period of time.
Since the beginning, our goal was clear: to create a platform which was intuitive and easy to pick up, fast and flexible, adaptable to the work flow: after months of analysis, development and testing, the first In-recruiting version was issued in 2009.
Year after year In-recruiting is constantly developing, positioning in the Italian and international market as a successful solution. In-recruiting counts hundreds of customers, of every size and industry, located in Europe and America.
