In the retail sector, Bata is an internationally renowned brand, a leader in the production and selling footwear with plenty of experience. In over 100 years, Bata has reached more than 70 countries, about 5000 shops and a network of more than 40000 employees. In Italy, Bata’s headquartered is in Padua but has numerous shops throughout the Italy (about 400), some of which are managed in franchising. In order to improve the management of the search and selection processes of the many shops located in Italy, in 2019 Bata adopted the Applicant Tracking System In-recruiting.
