INFORMATION ON THE USE OF COOKIES IN THE IN-RECRUITING PLATFORM

Object – This information has been drawn up with reference to the pages of the In-recruiting platform (“web-based” platform dedicated to the selection, management and development of Human Resources, produced and distributed by the company Intervieweb Srl and used by end customers in Saas mode ) based on the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (so-called “General Data Protection Regulation”, “GDPR”) and the Provision dating 8 May 2014 issued by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, with reference to the use of cookies.
Introduction – The web pages of the platform exploit technologies that make use of so-called “cookies”, or small files that are sent to the devices of visitors and users, where they remain stored to be retransmitted on the occasion of subsequent visits or actions.
Legal basis of the processing – The platform processes data based on consent: by consulting this platform, visitors and users explicitly approve this privacy statement and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below.

Purpose of the processing for which the personal data is intended – For all users of the site, personal data may be used to: allow navigation through the pages of the platform; obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site (e.g. analysis of the most visited pages); obtain anonymous statistical information on the geographical areas of origin, check the correct functioning of the site; ascertaining any liability in case of offenses committed to the detriment of the site.
How to disable cookies – Most browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.) are configured to accept cookies.
