In addition, we have continued the process of internationalising the software and today In-recruiting is available in 8 languages: English (UK), English (US), Spanish, Italian, German, French, Polish and Croatian.

With these new upgrades and features, In-recruiting is one of the most complete Applicant Tracking Systems on the market, dedicated to both companies and Employment Agencies and Research and Selection Companies.

For this reason we have decided to develop a new version of our software (version 8.0), the most comprehensive and significant update of the platform in the history of In-recruiting.

In-recruiting CEO, Matteo Cocciardo, explained the guidelines for the new update:

New Candidate Search Engine

With the new version we have integrated semantic search algorithms within the Candidate Search. For each search in the database you will get a list of candidates sorted according to a keyword match. You can also use “synonyms” to look for the best candidates and not miss anyone…

How much time will you save? According to our tests, with the new update, Candidate Search is faster by 85%. And that means that if you first take 30 minutes for the first screening phase, from today you will spend less than 5 minutes.

Suggestions for suitable candidates

The semantic search algorithm we’ve introduced is also integrated in the job ads. From now on, when you publish an ad, you will be able to automatically receive a list of suggested candidates from your existing database, based on the ideal profile you are looking for. So, before you even receive your first application, you can start contacting candidates.

Career page creator

The career-page creator is an integrated In-recruiting tool, which allows you to create “Work With Us” pages in a matter of minutes. You do not have to depend on IT or have IT skills to create a “Career” page that communicates your Employer Brand, you just need to edit text and images via a convenient “drag and drop” system. You can create your Career page from scratch in just 5 minutes.
